UWE Bristol’s partnership with Taylor’s University in Malaysia allows both universities to share knowledge and create a first-rate student experience. Students who come to Bristol will get the chance to develop their media and communications skills, guided by some of the most experienced and talented teachers in the UK. Take a look at the some of the work Taylor’s students have created and imagine what you could create.

UWE has an increasing international student population. As part of the Work Experience module and in order to continue this positive recruitment trend from our priority markets the marketing team produces videos to demonstrate the student experience to potential students. These are used as a promotional tool, telling real stories from real UWE students.

Here are just some of the videos Taylor’s students have put together.

As part of the Journalism Production Project module students also get a chance to develop journalistic and technical skills across two platforms – print and online. It will enable students to develop existing skills in print and online and introduce them to new practices to enable them to produce a media project to a high standard.

You’ll be part of an editorial team that produces news and features for a local magazine as well as designing and producing your own Special Report website.
